A note about pool access and Booking.com photographs
We would like to clarify a point that has occasionally caused confusion for guests booking through Booking com. The main and general property photographs on the platform include our swimming pool, as it is part of La Maison.
However, the swimming pool is exclusively available to guests staying in the Pool Apartment. The Pergola Apartment is a separate accommodation and does not include pool access.
We understand that guests may book quickly and understandably focus on the main photographs rather than the individual apartment details. For this reason, we kindly ask all guests to check the apartment name, description and amenities carefully before confirming their reservation.
Unfortunately, this misunderstanding resulted in a review that did not reflect the accommodation booked or the amenities included with it, and it significantly affected our Booking com score. On Airbnb, where the apartment details are presented more clearly, we are grateful to have received only five-star reviews from our guests.
Any review referring to the absence of pool access in the Pergola Apartment relates to this misunderstanding, rather than to a missing amenity. We always aim to make this distinction as clear as possible.
