Surrounded by the charm of the local neighborhood, this retreat blends modern comfort with timeless Cycladic character. The whitewashed exterior provides a beautiful backdrop, with glimpses of the sea adding to the island atmosphere.

La maison is a private residence surrounded by a spacious, well-kept garden. The property comprises three apartments: two semi-detached ground-floor units of 120 sq. meters each, available for short-term holiday rentals, and a top-floor apartment reserved for the owner, who may occasionally stay on the premises. In front of the property, there is a designated area that serves as a private parking space for up to five cars, available free of charge.

Each rental apartment has its own private entrance, ensuring privacy and comfort for our guests. One apartment features an exclusive-use infinity pool, while the other offers a large shaded pergola with an outdoor dining area.

.At the back of the house, there is also a small 27 sq. meter studio, fully equipped, that can comfortably accommodate two people. The entrance of the studio is shown in the second photo, and it may be made available upon request for guests who wish to rent the apartment with the swimming pool, offering additional space and privacy when needed.
