La Maison is a private residence consisting of independent apartments, set within a spacious and well-maintained garden. The property includes two ground-floor apartments, each measuring 120 m², available for short-term stays, offering comfort, privacy, and a quiet residential environment.

Each apartment has its own private entrance and outdoor areas, ensuring a high level of privacy and independence for guests. One apartment features a private swimming pool, while the other offers a large shaded pergola with an outdoor dining area and BBQ.

Inside, the apartments are thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and elegance. Bright living spaces, curated furnishings, and natural light create a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the island.

The kitchens are fully equipped, allowing you to prepare anything from a light breakfast to a full meal. You can enjoy dining indoors or outdoors, surrounded by the peaceful natural setting.

A small independent studio is also located within the property. It is not normally offered as a standalone rental. However, when it is vacant and unoccupied, it may be made available upon request together with one or both of the ground-floor apartments, subject to prior agreement with the owner.

There is also a separate apartment on the upper floor. This apartment is not offered for rent, although it may occasionally be occupied. At other times, it may remain empty and unused. In all cases, it is entirely separate from the guest accommodations.

For guests seeking complete privacy and exclusive use of the property, this can now be arranged directly through our Booking Engine. Guests may choose an Exclusive Privacy option, which means that the two ground-floor apartments are reserved exclusively for their use and no one else will stay anywhere else in the building during their stay, including the upper-floor apartment.

Guests who wish to enjoy the property with even more space may also choose the option that includes the studio as well. In that case, they will have exclusive use of both ground-floor apartments together with the studio, while the upper-floor apartment will remain unoccupied.
