Booking & Payment Policy
We aim to keep the booking process simple, secure and transparent for all guests.
Reservation
Your reservation is confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
Deposit
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve the selected dates.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance is payable at check-in, before access to the apartment.

Guest Identification
Passport number or Greek AFM may be required according to Greek short-term rental regulations.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
Damage Responsibility
Guests are kindly asked to treat the property with care.
A refundable €200 security deposit may be requested if necessary.
